Credit validity

How long are my credits valid?

Credit validity depends on how you obtained them:

  • Credit Packs (one-time): 12 months from purchase date
  • Monthly subscriptions: 30 days per billing cycle; credits reset each month
  • Yearly subscriptions: 12 months from billing cycle start
  • Unused credits expire at the end of their validity period.
